Position Overview : We're on the hunt for a Lead Installer to join our close-knit team. As a Lead Installer , you'll be pivotal in installing heating & air conditioning systems to our high company standards, ensuring our customers receive a top-quality experience.
You'll also have the opportunity to supervise and guide other Installers, fostering a culture of quality and efficiency.

Pay : $35.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience
Hours of Work : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm, occasional overtime as needed
Required Qualifications :
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- 6+ years of experience
- Must own all tools required to perform essential job functions
- Experience in supervising and guiding their team
- Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas, electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting, and installation of all residential and light commercial systems
Preferred Qualifications :
- HVAC school certificate
- Universal EPA
- NATE Core Certification with 3 Specialty Certifications
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
