Overview
As an Owner Services Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our Owners. From the moment they join Flexjet you become the aviation professional for the organization to the Owner.
As relationships are established profiles are built, creating an atmosphere with foresight to anticipate their every need for travel.
You must have a passion for helping others to be a successful Owner Services Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Provide world-class service during every interaction with our clientele
- Effective listening skills for telephone conversations
- Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls and E-mails
- Schedule travel and other accommodations based on individual needs
- Ability to understand contract terminology
- Proactively communicate any changes, delays or other potential disservice concerns
- Respond quickly to any questions / inquires pertaining to scheduled trips, status of trips etc.
- Provide daily quality control of all trip details
- Work closely with operations / internal departments to resolve conflicts and serve as an owner advocate when appropriate
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as requested
- Show flexibility in adapting to a continually changing industry
- Understand and follow standard operating procedures
Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in a service and / or hospitality field is preferred
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in a high-end service industry
- Background in aviation a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
- Knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Have strong attention to detail and ability to finish any given task to completion
- The ability to work in a team atmosphere, and manage a flexible schedule
- The OSS will be required to demonstrate knowledge of Flexjet’s products and programs and have the ability to interpret contract information as it pertains to the specific customer
- Successful candidate must be able to respond calmly and handle many customers’ demands in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, verbal / written and presentation skills are necessary to perform job at the expected level
