Your Role :
Provide an excellent customer experience
- Diagnose, repair, and service appliances in customers' homes
- Provide estimates, handle payments, and maintain efficient service
- Manage vehicle, materials, and documentation
Requirements :
2+ years of appliance repair experience (new to the field? Check out our apprenticeship!)
- High school diploma or equivalent, and valid drivers license with a clean record
- Familiarity with tablet-based tech and ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Own standard tools; well supply specialized tools
