We have more training and support than anyone in the industry
Compensation :
$75,000 - $165,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Follow up with potential clients to boost sales opportunities
- Engage with buyer and seller customers to understand their home preferences and requirements to successfully close transactions
- Practice a consultative approach by offering top-notch service and advice to foster client connections and generate repeat business
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the local community to address inquiries about available properties and the neighborhood
- Draft written purchase offers for buyers to streamline the closing process
Qualifications :
- Must have a current real estate license or be in the process of preparing for the state test in Massachusetts
- Should have a strong desire to learn and grow in the real estate industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role
