Reporting directly to the VP of Product, the Sr Director of Product Management, Growth will be accountable for increasing the eligible body of employees with access to Tapcheck’s financial wellness services and driving conversion revenue through enhanced product and marketing capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering revenue-driving initiatives across both B2B and B2C domains and possess a data-driven, experiment-focused mentality.

They should be adept at identifying the most significant growth levers and articulating opportunities with great clarity.

You will be responsible for the Consumer App, Marketing Technology, Experimentation Platform, and ML / AI platforms, utilizing these tools to run hundreds of experiments across acquisition, engagement and retention metrics annually.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, a strong analytical background, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

They should excel in storytelling and have the ability to inspire and lead a promising cross-functional growth organization in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

In this role, you will lead a team of Growth Product Managers to drive growth across four key pillars :

  • Partnership Growth : Collaborate with payroll and timeclock partners to deliver earned wage access services to their clients and customers.
  • Enterprise Growth : Support complex multi-entity activation and engagement in the up-market enterprise sector, focusing on access control, reporting, and analytical rigor.
  • SMB and Mid-Market Growth : Facilitate no-touch sales, one-click activation, and PLG engagement and retention for down-market SMBs and mid-market clients.
  • New Product Growth : Expand Tapcheck’s offerings with new product investments such as Consumer Payment Instruments (Payroll Card, GPR, Credit Builder, and Rewards), Personal Loans and Financial Education Tools enhancing the financial wellness services available to our clients and their employees.

What You'll Do :

  • Collaborate with the VP of Product to define and execute a comprehensive B2B2C product growth strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth by optimizing registration and transfer growth while ensuring effective B2B growth and Card development.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify growth opportunities, track performance metrics, and optimize growth initiatives, focusing on the key metric of revenue / inferred live.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats to inform product growth decisions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing growth team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of growth strategies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance user acquisition (across digital marketing, partnerships, and organic growth channels), engagement, retention, and loyalty, ensuring a seamless and valuable user experience.
  • Design and oversee A / B tests and other experiments to validate growth hypotheses, measure results, and drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring :

  • Minimum of 15+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the fintech or tech industry, including experience leading a product team of 5 or more members.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth for sizable product lines or businesses, with a strong track record of measurable success.
  • Understanding of growth models and loops to drive sustainable growth.
  • Mastery of Acquisition, Activation, Conversion, Retention, and Monetization strategies to optimize these key growth areas.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in self-service data analysis (yes SQL) and performance tracking tools.
  • Deep Experimentation experience; knowledge of forming hypotheses, setting up tests, measuring results, and iterating on learnings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clarity from ambiguity and distill complex issues into easy-to-understand narratives.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and scaling product growth teams in a fast-paced environment, fostering innovation and achieving high performance.

Compensation : Competitive base + bonus + equity. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as : location, experience, training, knowledge.
