Role Overview : The Senior Director of Product Strategy will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for our product portfolio.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, market insight, and leadership to ensure our products align with business objectives and customer needs.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver market-leading products.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision : Define and articulate a compelling product strategy that aligns with overall business goals and market opportunities.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Product Roadmap : Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers and strategists.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
- Performance Metrics : Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and guide strategy adjustments.
- Stakeholder Communication : Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience : 10+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading product strategy and execution.
- Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams and manage direct reports.
- Strategic Thinking : Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Market Expertise : Deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
