We are in search of a Corporate Accounting Manager based in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. The role encompasses managing the technical GAAP accounting for the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining strong internal controls.
You will also play a key role in the month-end and year-end close processes, alongside overseeing intercompany transactions and global financial statement consolidation procedures.
Responsibilities :
- Overseeing all corporate accounting functions which include general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
- Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
- Managing and maintaining the company's chart of accounts to ensure accurate classification and reporting of all financial activities.
- Global consolidations and Intercompany Transaction Accounting.
- Perform financial consolidation at the group level, including intercompany eliminations and reporting on consolidated numbers during period-end closes.
- Managing intercompany transactions accounting, billings, reconciliations, transfer pricing true up adjustments, and other related matters.
- Coordinating closely with international accountants / teams to review month-end results and assist in statutory audit requests as needed.
- Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders, including consolidated financial statements.
- Ensuring compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies and procedures.
- Supporting external audits by preparing schedules, providing documentation, and responding to audit inquiries.
- Staying updated on changes in accounting standards and ensuring that the company remains in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Managing the month-end close process, including the preparation of financial statements, reconciliation of accounts, and review of key variances.
- Developing and maintaining effective internal controls to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in adhoc projects related to the global entity and subsidiaries.

- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate accounting or a related field
- Proficiency in GAAP Accounting is necessary
- Experience with Billing Functions is required
- Must possess strong skills in Monthly Close Processes and Monthly Close
- Familiarity with Technical Accounting is a must
- Experience with Consolidated Financial Statements is required
- Knowledge and experience handling Fixed Assets is necessary
- Experience with Intercompany Accounting is essential
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and accuracy is crucial for this role
- Must have the ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of tax regulations and laws is preferred
- Professional certification such as CPA is strongly preferred
