A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $60 / hr to $65 / hr on W2 (Depending on Experience).

In the Customer Operations Project Manager role you will :
Provide insight into accountability measures with regards to global process adherence and team objective and KPI accomplishment.
Support the development of repeatable team performance reporting to support various stakeholder engagements.
Coordinate client deliverables across multiple internal teams and ensure the timely delivery of customer project dependencies.
Assist in the development, execution, and improvement of cross functional processes and projects related to tooling and client delivery.
Support the adoption, optimization, and maintenance of Client Success software resources.
Work with team leads to collect requirements and feedback on tools used, make recommendations on internal process optimization based on system adoption and ROI.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to support outreach strategies for our customers with the goal of increasing customer usage, improving renewal rates, discovering new upsell opportunities, and reducing customer cancellations.
Work with the Business Operations team to analyze and identify trends within the customer base, identifying opportunities and risks area based on customer data and make recommendations.
Our ideal Customer Operations Project Manager will have :
BA or BS or equivalent experience
Previous experience in experience in project implementation or related exposure in a logistics environment
Customer Success in a technology company
Must possess strong analytical, and prioritization skills
Proven ability to analyze data and apply that analysis to the broader business context
Clear communicator with excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
Proven ability to work multi-functionally to understand business requirements and translate them to effective use of applications
Excellent critical thinking and systematic thinking skills with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and effectively communicate solutions
Proven ability to think outside the box and execute creative problem-solving approach to project logistics and solutions
Previous experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Jira, Zendesk or similar software is a plus
