Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to understand their financial goals, challenges, and needs.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized service and ensuring a positive banking experience.

Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships by cross-selling and upselling relevant banking products and services.

Financial Advisory : Conduct financial assessments for clients to understand their financial health and provide appropriate advice on banking products, investments, and financial planning.

Collaborate with internal teams, such as wealth management and business banking, to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to clients.

Business Development : Actively prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach. Develop and implement strategies to grow the bank's portfolio, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets.

Risk Management : Evaluate and manage credit risk associated with client relationships by conducting thorough credit analysis and ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and regulatory requirements.

Product Knowledge and Training : Stay updated on the bank's products, services, and industry trends to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.

Conduct training sessions for clients on various banking products and services. Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including credit, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and best practices. Documentation and Compliance : Ensure all client documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Stay informed about changes in banking regulations and industry practices. Qualifications and Skills : Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.

Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking industry. Strong understanding of financial products, investment options, and banking services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Sales and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
