We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of our properties and ensuring they’re in compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of properties including leasing, maintenance, rent collection, and tenant relations
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize property value and profitability
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
• Manage and coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of necessary repairs and maintenance
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and budgets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records and files
• Respond to and resolve tenant complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
