Hiringboard-certified Nurse Practitioner toconduct In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, andcertain commercial plan members.
Flexible schedule- Day shift, Monday to Friday and weekendsavailable
Thesevisits include a medication and medical history review, as well as a physicalevaluation performed in a health plan member’s home.
No prescribing or treating
- Earn $1000 to $4000 each week ( Average 6-9 visits daily )
- Additional pay for testing $5-$25
- Increase your per-visit rate with our Market Multiplier
- pay-per-test model ( for visits where the patient qualifies to receive additional diagnostic and preventive tests )
- Shifts available Monday - Sunday ( no nights / weekends required )
- Airfare, Hotel, Rental Car, Malpractice, Availability Incentives
- Independent Contractor, 1099 status
- Flexible Schedule
- State License Required
- Must be willing to cover a 75 mile radius- but scheduled daily based on zip codes
- Must have 5 days of availability per month
State Traveler positions available lodging , rental car ,flights provided as needed
Base Pay : $80.00 - $160.00 per completed visit + $40 per day daily stipend
