What You’ll Do :
- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, providing clients with clear, concise information about their coverage and assisting with any policy-related questions.
- Market new business and renewals, obtaining competitive coverage and cost ratios by working closely with underwriters and multiple insurance carriers.
- Handle all renewal submissions and execute renewals efficiently, ensuring a smooth process for clients and team members.
- Manage day-to-day account transactions such as vehicle additions, property changes, and coverage analysis, providing tailored recommendations to meet client needs.
- Consult with clients on quotes, renewals, and policy updates, addressing any questions related to coverage or billing and explaining rate fluctuations or changes.
- Prepare and present materials for client meetings, ensuring all client concerns are addressed and next steps are clear.
