Description
Primary Responsibilities :
- Assist with various administrative and logistical tasks.
- Aid in tracking case management updates.
- Support the Group Coaching Program Manager in team communications and weekly agenda planning.
- Assist with coordinating childcare staff and group coaching participant transportation and food.
- Help manage coaching program progress and needs.
Requirements & Additional Expectations :
- Federal-Work Study Eligibility Status.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in project management or as assistant to managers; non-profit experience is a plus.
- Strong customer attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to pass FBI / DOJ Child Abuse Index Background Clearance
Physical Demands :
- The role involves sitting (60%), walking (20%), and standing (20%) for extended periods.
- Ability to use hands and fingers for typing and handling objects.
- Occasional lifting and / or moving up to 30 pounds may be required.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.

- Pay Rate : $20 per hour
- Weekly Hours : Up to 10 hours per week
