Job Description

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Creative Producer to join our Creative Operations team. This role is located in New York City.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways :

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects in event production and video content creation. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience managing timelines, budgets, vendors, and creative teams across live, virtual, and hybrid events, as well as branded video productions.
• Lead end-to-end project management for high-profile events and video productions, from concept through delivery.
• Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resources across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and execution.
• Oversee production timelines, logistics, and deliverables for live events, virtual experiences, and video shoots.
• Facilitate pre-production planning, including creative briefs, run-of-show documents, call sheets, and production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, legal requirements, and safety protocols.
• Identify risks and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Provide clear communication and reporting to leadership and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $85,000 and $160,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
