Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects within the hospital and health care sector, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes, to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Utilize JIRA and Confluence for tracking project progress, managing tasks, and facilitating team collaboration.
- Support the integration and utilization of SharePoint and Salesforce for project management and documentation purposes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any project-related issues.
- Participate in project meetings, contributing insights and facilitating discussions to drive project success.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that milestones are met and reporting any deviations to senior management.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholders, showcasing project progress and outcomes.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience with project documentation and familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience with SharePoint and Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
