PURCHASING COORDINATOR
New York City construction company is currently looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to join their team.
JOB SUMMARY :
Coordinate and administrate purchasing for our maintenance & service department. Assist in administrative tasks, warehouse tasks, and special projects.
Provide support to foster further growth and efficiency. Provide efficient part and material purchasing. Demonstrate good organization and ability to coordinate to meet deadlines.
Work with maintenance personnel to facilitate and organize On Time’ and On Budget’ product delivery.

- Strong ability to prioritize and organize workload
- Plant knowledge
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Ability to follow process through to completion and keep others informed
- Flexibility to provide multitask support on a daily basis
- Understanding of fiduciary responsibility to the company as is relates to purchasing
- Experience in working in a team-oriented environment
- Microsoft Office, Google
- Excellent communication skills required
SALARY : $25-30 Per Hour
