POSITIONSUMMARY : Provides technical support to theoperations of patient care services through performance ofscheduling, staffing, and report development and special projectsrelated to staffing and scheduling.
Requirements
MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS :
EDUCATION : High schoolgraduate or equivalent required. One year post high schoolcourses in business preferred.
CERTIFICATION / LICENSES : N / A
SKILLS : Excellent communication (verbal, written, listening)skills. Multi-line telephone skills. Demonstratesability in technical and analytical functions, knowledge ofcomputer applications preferred.
EXPERIENCE : Experiencein the health care field especially hospital experiencepreferred.

Responsible to : Administrative Supervisors and Directors on dailybasis

Works regular hours. Multiple simultaneous activities in office setting with dailyvisits to patient care areas. Walking and standing.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Must be able to handle emergency / crisis situationsand remain calm during such times. Considerablesitting / standing / walking.
Has knowledge of and uses good bodymechanics. Sits and uses computer for extended periods. Hearing and visual acuity within normal limits.
Manualdexterity and fine motor coordination required.
