As a utility worker, you will have the opportunity to ensure sanitary eating conditions by keeping kitchen equipment, cutlery and utensils, and tableware clean.

You will oversee sanitation operations and coordinate tasks to ensure completion.Where you'll be working : New York, NYThirty years ago Cater to You Food Service began providing lunch programs to independent schools.

Today, CTY prepares more than 13,000 fresh meals daily for students ranging from pre-schoolers to high school seniors. Our wholesome offerings are always created on-site, from scratch, using better-for-you premium products.

Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machineSort and stack clean dishes - carry dishes to cook’s line and other proper storage areasKeep work area and equipment neat and clean at all times including sweeping / mopping floors - place / remove wet floor signsMaintain cleanliness of all working surfaces, refrigerators and any other food storage areas in accordance with Health Department standardsSupport and participate in common teamwork with all unit members.

What we're looking for : Must-haves : At least 18 years of ageNice-to-haves : At least one years’ experience in a foodservice environment.
