Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise the restaurant staff to ensure smooth daily operations at Residence Inn Downtown Inner Harbor in Baltimore, MD.
- Manage inventory levels effectively and place orders to replenish supplies as needed.
- Conduct training sessions for new employees to familiarize them with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and boosting revenue for the restaurant.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
