Key ResponsibilitiesConduct discovery and document current state processes to identify areas for optimization and standardizationFacilitate workshops with stakeholders to support Business Process Reengineering (BPR) efforts and provide strategic recommendationsDevelop Standard Operating Procedures and create supporting documentation for process improvement initiativesRequired Qualifications and EducationBachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, IT, or a related fieldA minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in business process analysis and improvementProficiency in process mapping and analysis tools (e.
