Position Overview :
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Asia Pacific HCM practice.
Our client needs a Project Manager for the upcoming GlobalView implementation project in India.
Responsibilities :
Manage entire implementation project, from kick off through blueprint, process review, data integration, testing, go live and stabilization, among other phases.
Ensure all deadlines and requirements are met accurately and timely.
Communication management to stakeholders, payroll team, and vendor
Establishing appropriate project management disciplines including, but not limited to documentation storage, project planning, status reporting, issue tracking, steering committee presentation preparation, etc.
Required Qualification(s) :
Prior experience managing India GV implementation projects
Prior experience of managing T&A implementation projects in India
English and local regional language
Preferred Qualification(s) :
Prior experience of managing GV implementation projects which included GlobalView Reporting is preferred
Duration : This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a start date of August 7th, 2023 with an initial duration through May 30th, 2025 , with the possibility of extending.
Level of Effort : Full time
Work location : On site is a possibility in India otherwise mostly all remote
