Real Estate Lead Sales Agent (Licensed In Virginia)

Are you an experienced licensed residential Real Estate Agent looking to join an amazing and growing team with lots of opportunities for professional and personal development, AND determined to help Buyers find the home of their dreams or Sellers with a smooth transaction while selling for top dollar and favorable terms?

At FASS Results, we are seeking exceptional, knowledgeable, and passionate Realtors who have the desire to provide Buyers and Sellers the 5-star exceptional service they expect.

You’ll be their trusted Advisor and the main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a superior experience every step of the way, building enduring relationships through the process.

We maintain a high-end client database and looking for Agents who are eager to accept the challenge and serve them, as well as take actions to generate more clientele.

Compensation :

$60,000 - $300,000+ at plan yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
  • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
  • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
  • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
  • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
  • Respond timely to inquiries (many referrals from past clients, Yelp inquiries, Google searches, website direct connections, Zillow leads, Effective Agent leads, FastExpert leads, and many inquiries from Buyers for our listings).

There's a significant opportunity to utilize the FASS Team resources

  • Assist buyers with mortgage pre-qualification and help educate them on the risks / rewards with each option during the process
  • Document, track, and follow up with Leads / Clients in the Team's CRM databases. Manage, maintain, and nurture leads in the database, track from consult to close
  • Perform meeting presentations - for listings and potential buyers to educate clients about FASSResults.com
  • Schedule showings and help advise Clients. Take videos for out-of-town clients (and local clients)
  • Research and advise clients - pricing analysis, other Agent's sales stats, DOM comparison, $ / SF, critical data on the Buyer, Seller, other Agent
  • Prepare and review Real Estate documents : sales contracts, addenda, including negotiating purchase agreements, contracts, and an addendum with buyers and sellers, and other agents
  • Manage calendars : appointments, inspections, walk-throughs, meeting contractors, closings
  • Potential to host open houses for the team’s listings and other events (lead generation)
  • Potential to host seminars for clients
  • Research properties, schedule, and a book showing appointments for buyers
  • Conduct market analysis, agent’s sales history, and gather critical data to help determine accurate property value
  • Negotiate on the client’s best behalf
  • Educate clients on all their options, including the risk / reward for every option along the way (offer price, contingency terms, inspection and appraisal negotiations, walk-thru items)
  • Proactively search for any issues or resale concerns to educate the buyer
  • Attend Home Inspections to provide clients with options (admin can assist)
  • Help find off-market homes for clients (expand access for clients)
  • Communicate and liaise with Mortgage Lenders and Title Companies, attend closings and provide support for clients
  • Attend meetings and calls with the Team and the Broker
  • Growth potential. Pioneer and utilize technology, social media, and other supported platforms to gain competitive advantage in a fast-evolving market.

Qualifications :

  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
  • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
  • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Current / active real estate license (Virginia / DC / Maryland)
  • Must be passionate about helping others and have high integrity
  • Significant Sales experience, and knowledge of the DMV real estate market area
  • Coachable
  • Entrepreneurship - ability to be a self-starter
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to resolve issues. Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Client service-focused (adaptable and flexible)
  • Positive attitude and growth mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and associated processes
