Job Summary
Coordinates the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program and / or project typically consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated activities.
Oversees fiscal, operational and administration of the program. Serves as the principal liaison with external constituencies on operational matters.
Provides day-to-day technical and professional guidance and leadership in the area of expertise.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Manages the development, implementation, and execution of professional certificate programs, special projects, and other initiatives
2. Oversees and administers the daily operation and management of the assigned programs and activities
3. Ensures quality programs are delivered, meeting students and instructor needs, and redesigns courses as needed
4. Screens, selects, evaluates, and provides feedback to instructors for each course offering
5. Serves as primary liaison with internal and external clients on all matters relating to program activities
6. Collaborates and approves the development of quarterly and annual marketing plans; identifies target markets, determines promotional mix and marketing collateral
7. Selects offsite locations for externships, apprenticeships, and alternate course delivery locations
8. Forecasts enrollment projections, revenue, and expenses for each fiscal year and evaluates progress toward financial goals
9. Facilitates open house sessions, webinars, public speaking engagements, promotional events, etc. to produce enrollments
10. Coordinates staff, instructors, and student assistants as assigned
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education in related field
Required Experience
Five (5) years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Educational Qualifications
An advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field of Instructional Design experience
Preferred Experience
Adult Education experience

Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e. Microsoft Office suite)
