This role demands an out-of-the-box thinker who thrives in a performance-driven environment and excels at multitasking. The ideal candidate is high-energy and contribution-motivated, with strong communication skills to gain credibility with team members and senior management.
You'll engage with existing contacts and develop new prospects within STLA vehicle segments, working closely with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers across North America.
Reporting to the Sales Director of STLA Global Account Management, you'll build relationships and drive growth opportunities.

- Drive sales and promote Molex product solutions by engaging with existing contacts in the vehicle segments and establishing new strategic prospects.
- Achieve or surpass account growth targets in terms of profit and project pipeline.
- Align and implement account strategies in accordance with the Global Account strategy.
- Create, execute, and sustain a sales plan for the North American STLA segment.
- Discover and cultivate new market segments for sustainable, profitable growth within STLA.
- Collaborate with Molex division and product leadership to enhance and drive profitability across product lines.
- Support customers by providing information on samples, delivery dates, part drawings, specifications, quality issues, and credit matters.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Account management experience within the automotive industry
- Proven ability to develop and execute customized account strategies and manage contract negotiations
- Experience in selling products or services related to vehicle Body Electronics, Powertrain, Lighting and EV applications.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite and SAP / CRM systems (such as Sales Force)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time What Will Put You Ahead
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Business Management
- Experience selling to Tier accounts (module makers)
- Experience working with and selling passive electronic / electromechanical components
