This role is based out of our West Knoxville location! Servers are the main point of contact for our guests and are most responsible for delivering a great guest experience.
- Manage a section of four tables
- Take guest orders for food and drink
- Use point-of-sale computer to enter all orders
- Maintain tables throughout guest visit
- Present check and settle bill
- Perform all tasks of support staff
- Complete end-of-shift duties
The typical path of advancement is to become a Trainer, Lead Server or Floor Manager.
Can remain positive and calm under pressure
- Need to be able to prioritize among a variety of tasks
- Must be able to maintain a high pace throughout the shift
- Must be comfortable working on your feet for five-plus hours
- Must acquire and maintain a TN ABC card to serve alcohol
- Be able to work a variety of shifts including day, evening and weekend shifts.
