Key Responsibilities :
- As an Organizational Change Management Architect - Co-Pilot OCM, you will play a pivotal role in leading OCM solution architecture design and deployment for Microsoft enterprise customers.
- You will work closely with our clients to drive successful adoption and change management strategies leveraging the M365 Co-Pilot platform.
- Fluent in French is required for this role to support our global clientele.
- Lead OCM delivery teams and customer meetings across LATAM, United States, and Canada.
- Design and deploy OCM solutions tailored to Microsoft enterprise customers' needs.
- Drive successful adoption and change management initiatives for M365, Data & AI, Azure, and Dynamics technologies.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to understand and achieve customer and business outcomes.
- Utilize Prosci Certified Change Practitioner expertise to guide organizational change efforts.
- Lead technology adoption programs to support enterprise-level technology migration and transformation programs.
What you will need to succeed
- 10+ years of experience in Organization Change Management or Organizational Behavior in a customer-facing consulting role (Bachelor's degree) OR 8+ years of experience (Master's degree).
- Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification is REQUIRED.
- Experience in leading technology adoption programs focused on M365 Co-Pilot, Data & AI, Azure, and Dynamics (CRM / ERP).
- Strong communication, influencing, and C-level executive management skills.
- Certification or accreditation in change management practices preferred.
- Bilinguel and fluent in French
