Marathon HVAC Service is looking for a full-time HVAC Sales Representative to join our friendly team in Whittier, CA. With a competitive salary of $50,000 - $250,000 / year (commission only).

WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE
As a full-time HVAC Sales Representative, you'll enjoy a steady work schedule with regular hours. You'll mainly work during weekdays, with some evenings and weekends to accommodate our customers' needs.
Each day, you'll head out to conduct in-home consultations, figuring out exactly what our customers need for their heating and AC systems.
You'll educate homeowners about our top-notch products and services, answering any questions they have about equipment and installation processes.
You'll put together detailed proposals and close sales, hitting your monthly targets. By building strong relationships with existing customers and generating new leads, you'll help drive our sales success.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM AN HVAC SALES REPRESENTATIVE?
- Experience in HVAC sales
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of home performance of HVAC comfort systems, issues, and solutions, including ductwork, insulation, and accessories
- Ability to answer customer questions about equipment and the installation process
- Professional communication skills
- Up-to-date knowledge on all available rebates
