Administrator – Government Pricing

Position Summary : The Administrator produces quotations for delivery to a customer. Their duties include collecting and compiling data and producing quotations by set deadlines.

• Produce quotations to satisfy company price objectives.
• Coordinate with and support business stakeholders, Project Managers, Business Development Team, and Finance stakeholders, to ensure quotations meet customer expectations.
• Assist the Senior Pricing Analyst and Business Development team with price proposals and related requirements.
• Organize, maintain, and administer pricing tasks, price lists, and other related data in an effective and accurate system.
• Deliver a weekly quotation report of pending and completed pricing initiatives to Business Development and Finance teams.
• Creation of post award documentation required for project setup.

Education / Experience :

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability :

Write reports and business correspondence. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and peers.

Mathematical Ability :

Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Apply concepts of basic algebra.

Reasoning Ability :

Collect and format data from various sources to present in the required templates.,

Computer Skills :

Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications. Must demonstrate strong proficiency in Excel.
