40 year old stable company with a solid reputation, good benefits package and room for growth. They are seeking two experienced Project Superintendents who will provide leadership for the company’s work on public highway, utility and bridge projects for MassDOT and municipalities in northeast and central Massachusetts.
Responsibilities :
- Provide direction that assigned projects are constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents and good engineering practice and taking them from Award to Project Closeout.
- Generate project-specific documents.
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders (Owners, Project Managers, Engineers, Subcontractors, Etc.)
Requirements :
The winning candidates will bring their 7+ years’ of successful construction management experience in highway and heavy construction as Project Superintendents.
MDOT experience a plus.
- BS Construction Management or equivalent experience is required.
- MS Office (Project and Excel), Bid 2 Win software experience.
- OSHA 10 certification.
- Outstanding skills in leadership, communications, and time-management; ability to legislate and manage multiple tasks;
ability to understand blueprints and contracts.
