A company is looking for a Director, Quality Program Management & Performance to lead quality improvement compliance activities across various health plans.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee national quality improvement compliance activities for Medicare, Marketplace, and Medicaid programsSupport national / local committees and workgroups in meeting facilitation, report completion, and action plan developmentDevelop and monitor compliance metrics, and communicate key deliverables and issues to leadership teamsRequired QualificationsMaster's Degree or equivalent in a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in quality compliance and program management in a managed care settingDemonstrated leadership experience in cross-functional teams overseeing quality improvement activitiesProject management experience in a healthcare settingPreferred : RN or clinical license and CPHQ certification
