Serving the people of Southwestern Alaska, the Yukon-Kuskokwim Hospital is a 50-bed general acute care medical facility.
Fully accredited by TJC, services include adult med / surg, pediatrics, obstetrics, emergency room, as well as outpatient family medicine clinics, pharmacy, lab, and imaging.
Position Qualifications :
- Masters degree in related field and / or Licensed Social Worker, LPC or LMFT, or Certification in Psychology.
- Two years supervisory experience in mental health treatment; history of increasing management responsibility; successful, past supervision of staff.
- Outpatient and Residential experience preferred.
- Licensed Social Worker, LPC or LMFT, or Certification in Psychology.
- Operate motor vehicle preferred.
- Responsible for ensuring that program policies, procedures, applicable state and national accreditation standards are met.
- Provide clinical guidance and supervision to team members.
- Ensures the treatment program makes necessary changes and updates to reflect current treatment philosophies and needs of the clients serve.
- Direct supervision of clinical staff and other staff as needed. Includes Emergency Services, Crisis Respite Center and CISM
