We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team on the second shift in our manufacturing warehouse.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including troubleshooting and repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain and repair conveyors, motors, sensors, and other warehouse machinery.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential equipment failures and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure machinery is operating efficiently and safely.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and parts inventory.
• Adhere to safety regulations and protocols while performing all job duties.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests during the shift.
• Assist with equipment installations and modifications as needed.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work the second shift and overtime as required.
