As a Paralegal, Corporate, you will be responsible for :

  • Manging intake of HQ real estate requests to ensure completeness and appropriate routing.
  • Contributing to pre-review / preparing responses to contract documents and information requests.
  • Reviewing title reports and surveys relating to real property sales; proposing curative work on property titles.
  • Assisting with invoice processing and upkeep of digital files.
  • Composing post-closing binders when appropriate and preparing summaries of complex transactions.
  • Managing intake of sourcing requests to ensure completeness and appropriate routing.
  • Addressing basic client requests for documents and pre-draft basic extensions, additional seats, and pricing change requests.
  • Assisting with intake and logging of cybersecurity and NDA requests.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will :

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent. (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Have an ABA-Approved Paralegal Certification.
  • Have extensive experience as a Paralegal and reviewing documentation.
  • Have excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Have a basic understanding of legal terminology and processes.
