S. and Canada. Sugar Foods manufactures and packages croutons, tortilla chips, crispy toppings, as well as cheese-based toppings.
Additionally, Sugar Foods packages a variety of items including sugar, sweeteners, powdered creamer, and dried fruits and nuts.

Inventory Clerk
SUMMARY OF POSITION :
We are seeking an experienced, self-starting individual to join our team as an Inventory Clerk. This associate is responsible for tracking current production levels and recording purchases, daily allocation of item’s and products in a warehouse.
They review purchase orders to ensure they're accurate before processing them with suppliers and checking stock status by performing physical counts on shelves and locations or in trucks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Tracking incoming and outgoing products
- Stocking locations and staging
- Updating database with incoming and outgoing products
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Maintain a safety while using equipment and tools
- Dispose of obsolete inventory as directed
- Notify Inventory Manager with shortages and inconsistencies
- Operate equipment according to training provided

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
1-5 years of work experience
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to use a computer and other office technology
- Able to stand and bend for long periods of time in a warehouse environment
- Good communication skills
- Able to reconcile inventory
- Must be able to read inventory lists
- Must be able to match the correct product with the lot code
- Attention to detail to identify defective products
- Able to operate and forklift experience
