Our hospital client in MountClemens MI has an immediate opening for an RN Med Surge for a 13 weeks contract.Night shift. This can be on a local or travelcontract.
The Registered Nursedelivers quality nursing care through the utilization of thenursing process. Works collaboratively with other members of thehealthcare team to maintain standards for professional nursingpractice.
Carries out functions according to hospital policy thehospital mission and standards of practice defined by professionaland regulatory guidelines.
Directs coordinates and delegatesactivities in order to foster patient / family centeredcare.
Essential Functions andResponsibilities :
- Assesses thephysical psychosocial and educational needs of thepatient.
- Plans and implements nursing careaccording to patient and family needs.
- Makesappropriate interventions based upon individual patientneeds.
- Evaluates patient responses to nursinginterventions.
- Assumes personal responsibilityfor quality patient care patient satisfaction environment andprofessionaldevelopment.
Requirements
- 2Year of Experience
- Float between Tele and MS
- ACLS Preferred
- Michiganlicense

Pay package on a travelcontract working 36 hours per week :
