Responsibilities :
- Assist Event Managers seamlessly, showing initiative and attention to detail.
- From setup to cleanup, handle various tasks including table setting, buffet arrangement, guest satisfaction checks, and more.
- Lead by example and support fellow associates in their growth journey.
- Stay adaptable, stepping in wherever needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments, even in challenging conditions.
Requirements :
- Prior customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Flexibility is key : be available for weekday, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Dependability, problem-solving skills, and a knack for customer service are essential.
- Physical stamina : be prepared for continuous motion and occasional heavy lifting.
- Bonus points for a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
