At our cutting-edge facility, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and developing high-performance power conversion products for a variety of groundbreaking applications, from radar to military electric vehicles.
We will pay for relocation to Ft Walton Beach, Florida!
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop analog circuit and digital designs for power conversion products, ensuring high reliability and performance.
- Program digital signal processors (TI C2000 Delfino series MCU) for power converter control, including bidirectional converters.
- Conduct basic and applied research, development, and design of new or sustaining products.
- Own the production of thorough and accurate designs that meet all customer specifications and company requirements.
- Perform detailed circuit analysis, validation, and testing to ensure design compliance.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation to satisfy customer and internal requirements.
- Support the bid and proposal process through technical assistance and preliminary designs.
- Establish proactive communication channels with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project goals.
- Provide diagnostic support to manufacturing on new and existing products.
Minimum Requirements :
- 3+ years of industry experience in electronics power conversion product design and manufacturing.
- Experience in DC-DC or AC-DC converter design.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Eligibility Requirement : Only US persons will be considered due to access to controlled data or information.
Desired :
- Additional experience in programming digital signal processors for power converter control.
- Familiarity with manufacturing standards and practices.
- Ability to provide leadership to engineering design staff.
- Demonstrated multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Experience designing products for harsh environments such as military applications.
- Advanced degree (MSEE / PhD) in power electronics with relevant published research.
