We are excited to announce an opening for an Inside Sales Representative at our LaGrange office, offering a chance to be part of our dedicated team.
Role Information :
- Make outgoing calls to warm leads provided by the agency.
- Provide expert advice to clients on insurance products that best suit their needs.
- Enhance your sales skills through ongoing training and coaching, sharpening your professional abilities.
- Take inbound calls and resolve issues for our customers
Requirements Needed for the Role :
- Strong soft skills, including aggressiveness, a money-driven mindset, exceptional work ethic, dependability, excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and an ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be licensed with a Property and Casualty Insurance license or Personal Lines license.
- Commitment to a 40-hour work week within our LaGrange office.

Responsibilities of an Inside Sales Representative :
- Efficiently manage and organize a sales pipeline to maximize opportunities.
- Conduct outbound calls to leads provided, ensuring a high level of outreach.
- Act as a trusted advocate for our clients, advising them on potential risks and suitable coverage.
- Recommend personalized insurance coverages tailored to meet each customer's unique needs.
- Address questions and find solutions for clients by assisting with customer questions or concerns, setting expectations, and completing any follow-up work from client interactions.
