Location : Watertown
Compensation : $130,000-$160,000

Responsibilities of the Financial Controller
- Diligently manage the financial resources of the company to support the organizations mission
- Ensure Accountability for and orchestrate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in strict accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and corporate policies
- Oversee regulatory reporting requirements
- Vigilantly monitor company spending, banking activities, collections, and cash flow
- Conduct biweekly payroll
- Collaborate with the head of Human Resources to explore cost-effective
- Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard the company's assets
- Coordinate all Fiscal reporting activities in accordance with GAAP
Preferred Requirements of the Financial Controller
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; Master's degree preferred.
- Cannabis Experience
- CPA is preferred.
- 5+ years of supervisory and overseeing full cycle accounting experience
- Experience in manufacturing is highly preferred.
