Role

We are seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to provide high-level legal support across contract management, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters. This role works closely with defense counsel and external legal partners, contributing to discovery requests, witness interviews, conducting legal and regulatory research, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
