Customer Relations Manager - Join Jerry Seiner Dealerships!
Position Overview :
Jerry Seiner Dealerships is looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Relations Manager to act as the goodwill ambassador of our dealership.
In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, working closely with department managers to create a best-in-class customer relations program.
Your goal will be to elevate customer satisfaction, maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) factory scores, and ensure that both sales and service customers receive a premium experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive CSI Excellence : Own the dealership's CSI factory scores and implement creative strategies to meet and exceed zone standards.
- Team Collaboration : Work with department managers to equip them with tools and strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications :
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience : At least one year in a customer service role and one year of experience in a dealership position.
- Skills : Strong communication (both verbal and written), excellent problem-solving abilities, and a professional demeanor.
- Other Requirements : Must be computer literate and have the ability to effectively resolve customer complaints.
