Sway Creative Labs (https : / / www.madebysway.com) is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Artist to join our team.

This role requires a blend of technical skill, creative ability, and attention to detail contributing to both the execution and the enhancement of our projects.

Requirements :

2+ years of experience in digital and print production, preferably in an agency settingProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and online editing tools like FigmaStrong technical knowledge of production processes and design requirements for both print and digital mediaExcellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail and precision in creating and reviewing materialsGood understanding of design principles, typography, and color theoryAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills to ensure alignment with the creative team and clientsFamiliarity with asset management and preparation for various digital platformsCore Responsibilities :

Collaborate with the creative team to prepare and finalize designs for digital and print mediaEnsure that all production files are correctly formatted according to project specificationsAssist in the creation of digital assets such as web banners, social media graphics, microsites, and email templatesProduce print-ready files for various materials including brochures, direct mail, and print adsMaintain the quality of design throughout all phases of the projectManage and oversee the archiving of production files and resourcesBenefits :

Remote Work Affordance. For the duration of your employment at Sway, except in instances of occasional and pre-scheduled in-person meetings, and wherein your attendance is needed on set, this role will be 100% remote;

So long as the privilege is not abused, we offer each employee 2-hour leave windows at the beginning (9am - 11am EST) and end of the workday (3pm - 5pm) to tend to any appointments like unexpected child care challenges, doctor's visits, home maintenance, etc.

Unless otherwise stated, you will be eligible to receive a year-end bonus based on your performance, to be determined in Sway's full discretion.

Payment of bonuses is on the second paycheck of November each year. Additional bonuses may be awarded throughout the year based on your own (including your efforts in generating new business via your own relationships) and the company's performance, to be determined at Sway's discretionRetirement Benefits.

Sway's 401K policy offers a solid foundation for your retirement planning; we match your contributions at a 1 : 1 rate for the first 3% of your pay, and then add an extra $0.
