Create, maintain, and update data structures, including but not limited to rates, programs, plans, components within the Policy & Claims Administration System and Dealer Administration Portal.
Provide training and expertise to the dealer based customers. Support the development and rollout of new products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Maintain new accounts, commissions, service centers, components, class guides, programs, plans, labor rates and rates etc.
in Policy & Claims Administration System
- Conduct training for dealers and agents on the Dealer Administration Portal rating and contracting system
- Maintain VIN files to properly rate contracts
- Maintain state and plan sale authority based on state regulations and contract language
- Collaborate with the Data Administration team in creating new programs, including new plans and coordinate class codes for the processing of all contract types
- Execute department reports as required
- Review, test and audit contract forms, rates and options for accuracy
- Process rate uploads between Excel and the Policy & Claims Administration System back end
- Initiate and distribute month end reports
- Audit dealer rate cards as needed to ensure accuracy Update and maintain SSAE18 procedures to ensure internal controls are documented and followed
- Update Seller Status, OOB, lack of production, standard cancellations
Qualifications :
- One to three years experience working in the aftermarket auto warranty industry or hands experience working with a policy / contract administration system
- Associate Degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detain
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and time management skills
- Ability to work independently or a team member
