We are seeking a Product Merchandiser to lead the Footwear Portfolio for men’s, women’s, and kids. This role involves managing the product creation process , ensuring profitability, and delivering innovative solutions.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive alignment across lifestyle and performance product lines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead a team through the product creation process, focusing on consumer needs and profitability.
- Manage lifestyle and performance product lines, ensuring alignment and a comprehensive portfolio.
- Collaborate with merchandising, design, development, and marketplace planning from line planning to final product approval.
- Conduct product, consumer, and marketplace research; manage workflow and tools.
Education / Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Merchandising, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
- 8+ years in product-related roles, with a proven track record in footwear merchandising.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to drive vision across functions.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Passion for skateboarding and sneaker culture.
- Ability to travel globally up to 20%.
