Introduction
As a result of continuous business growth and global expansion in airline partnerships, Trip.com Group is offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and commercially-minded Airline Media Solution Manager.
This role involves developing and implementing the airline media solution strategy, functions, and processes to foster mutually beneficial partnerships with key airline partners.
In this role, you'll get to
- Develop airline marketing partnership solutions and create strategies tailored to various markets and airline partners.
- Collaborate with HQ key stakeholders to establish key mechanisms, functions, and data capabilities to enhance solutions and propositions.
- Work with internal teams to develop workflows and processes that ensure internal efficiency.
- Conduct training sessions for local airline BD teams to ensure accurate and effective execution of relevant projects and programs with airline partners.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of 5-8 years of senior commercial experience.
- In-depth knowledge of the online travel market and an understanding of the primary sales channels operating within this sector.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written); proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus.
- Experience in developing and implementing initiatives to drive partner performance.
- Cross-functional experience, including product development and project management.
- Results-oriented, with experience working under strict deadlines.
What We Provide
The annual base range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000. The range top could be higher if the performance is above target.
With employees' ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role, there is potential to increase further. The offering salary for this role will vary based on the comprehensive competency assessment after the screening and interview sessions.
Multiple factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experiences, and locations will be considered.
