This role will require weekend availability. While no experience in the multifamily industry is required, this position will require previous sales-relatedcustomer service experience.
Venterra Leasing Consultants enjoy competitive hourly pay + renewal bonuses & leasing commissions up to $125 per lease

They use multiple platforms and methods to determine the needs of the potential resident, meet those needs with the perfect apartment, and confidently close the sale.
Whether they are finding a home for a potential resident or helping an existing resident, they aim to provide exceptional experiences and make a lasting positive impression.
