Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Tax Manager to oversee and manage our tax compliance and advisory services for a diverse clientele.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing strategic tax planning and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the preparation of tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-Corporations, and corporations.
• Provide tax planning and consulting services to high-net-worth clients and businesses.
• Review and analyze financial statements and tax documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals and support staff, fostering their professional development.
• Stay updated on tax legislation changes and assess the impact on clients' financial situations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tax management or a related field.
• Experience in handling tax compliance for high-net-worth individuals and various business entities.
• Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations and laws.
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
