Job Description : *Maintains project schedules and associated resource allocation, performance assessments, and reporting.

  • Coordinates with the PM to establish and coordinate business rhythms required to accomplish program schedule execution across multiple TDPs with a focus on schedules and associated resource management.
  • Performs Schedule Quality Assurance reviews in consultation with TO and TDP leadership. Provides support to the development of TDPs, including resource-loading (personnel, BOM, ODC).
  • Collects and implements schedule status, provides critical path analysis, implements baseline changes, and prepares monthly reports on resource utilization at TO level.
  • Communicates schedule impacts and proposes corrective actions to applicable stakeholders.*Presents the master schedule as required during program management meetings.
  • Establishes and enforces schedule guidelines across the program.*Performs independent network analyses resulting in reports and metrics.
  • Evaluates and makes process improvements to support project planning objectives.Education / Experience : (2 +BA / BS or 1+MA / MS)Certification(s) : NoneRequired Experience : *Experience in maintaining project schedules and associated resource allocation, performance assessments, and reporting.

Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and / or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and / or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.

WORKING CONDITIONS : The worker is primarily in an office environment. Programs will require travel to and working in outside environments at government locations from hot and dry to cold and humid.
