Director of Construction Residential Construction
gpac is partnered with a top residential construction company who's looking to add a Director of Construction to their team.
This role will work closely with project managers and field teams to deliver projects efficiently and to company standards.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee multiple residential projects from start to finish.
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers and superintendents.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and ensure safety and compliance.
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
- Strong track record in residential construction leadership.
- Proficient in construction software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).
