IES Residential, Inc. are currently seeking a bi-lingual (English / Spanish) Cable Dispatcher to support Field Technicians in an office-based environment.

The role will include Routing and updating / monitoring Installation work order requests from Customers, and / or office personnel.

Communicate workload to Field Service Technicians, and monitor the progress closely, to help ensure completion of assigned work in a professional / timely manner.

The position will require you to assist Field Service Technicians with concerns regarding work orders accuracy, and equipment operation.

Schedule :

8am- 5pm Mon- Friday (subject to change)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate with field technicians via email

Communicate with Eclerx (3rd party) Dispatchers via email / IM Tool

Update, create, clear work order / ticket requests from field technicians

Performs daily routing of work orders / tickets and manages technician routes using ICOMS, TOA and Remedy to ensure customer tickets and appointments are met (i.

e. install and service calls)

Completes, cancels, reschedules or re-assigns work assignments for Field Technicians. Close or create tickets for drop technicians.

Answer incoming calls from field technicians, customers and Cox reps

Contacts customers to inform of drop requests, confirm scheduled, cancelled or rescheduled appointments.

Performs basic troubleshooting and submits turnovers to Supervisors for turnover approval

Creates Remedy tickets for Drop, Maintenance and Construction turnovers in a timely manner ensuring accuracy of data entry (i.

e address, account number, etc)

Assist customer service with escalated request in a timely fashion.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Previous experience in the Telecommunications or Cable Dispatching industry is preferred, but not necessary, as full training can be provided to the right candidate.
• Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of experience working in a fast-paced customer support environment requiring heavy telephone and e-mail transactions
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required
